Apple has released the first beta build of macOS High Sierra 10.13.2 to users enrolled in the Mac system software beta testing programs. The new beta release appears to focus on bug fixes, feature enhancements, security improvements, and other minor adjustments to macOS High Sierra. It is not clear if new features will be included in macOS 10.13.2, though its possible that support for iMessages in iCloud and Apple Pay Cash could arrive on the Mac with the next High Sierra release.
