Beta 5 of iOS 11.3 & macOS 10.13.4 Available for Testing

Apple has released the fifth beta version of iOS 11.3 to users participating in the iOS beta testing program for iPhone and iPad system software, alongside macOS High Sierra 10.13.4 beta 5 for Mac beta testers. Separately, tvOS 11.3 beta 5 has also been made available to users beta testing Apple TV system software. Typically, developer beta builds are available first and soon followed by public beta versions of the same iOS and macOS beta releases. iOS 11.3 beta includes support for iMessages over iCloud, a handful of new Animoji icons for iPhone X, a toggle setting for performance throttling related to battery degradation, and various other minor adjustments. The iOS 11.3 beta is also said to include bug fixes and security enhancements to various aspects of the operating system. iOS beta testers can find iOS 11.3 beta 5 to download now from the Settings app Software Update section. MacOS High Sierra 10.13.4 beta 5 also includes support for iMessages in iCloud, along with various bug fixes and improvements to the Mac operating system. No major new features or changes are expected. Mac beta testers can find macOS 10.13.4 beta 5 available from the Mac App Store Updates section. Apple has said that iOS 11.3 will be released to the general public in the spring, suggesting a final version will likely debut in the coming weeks as the system software is finalized. Presumably macOS High Sierra 10.13.4 will arrive at the same time, along with final builds of tvOS 11.3 and watchOS 4.x.
